4x(200/200 200/400 800/400)@R 7/25

Was going to do a threshold workout today, but wanted to give the ankle a bit of a break and did an R workout instead. Not sure it was easier on the ankle, but... 200s were easy, 800s were a killer. Got them done, but they were hard. Overall, pretty good workout. Ankle doesn't feel half as bad as the other day. Pretty sure it was the drive that buggered it up. Calves a little tight, but not awful.
