CHaD Phase II Week III
Gonna keep plugging. Feeling pretty good. Keep mileage where it is. Got a longer threshold workout planned - think I might sport the huraches for that, going to have to see how it feels. Last weeks 1200s at I pace felt too fast for them. Going to do 800s, probably barefoot.

Thursday: Stroller 5 + Family 3
Friday: 8/9x800@I ~9
