CHaD Phase II Week IV
Keeping mileage the same. Going to shoot for a longer long run. Season plan has a 1600TT penciled in with 35@T, but I think I'm just going to do 40@T seeing as I just did a 1600TT a little while ago. No need to jam them in. Also doing another fun R pace ladder - get to see how the huraches hold up at a much quicker pace...

Monday - Dingle Hill
Tuesday - Family 3.0 + Around Town
Wednesday - 40@T~9.25
Thursday - Stroller 5 + Family 3
Friday - 4x(200/200 200/400 800/400) ~8
Saturday - Stroller 5
