3x3200@T 7/18

Nice 3x3200 workout. Was debating doing my 800@I tonight, but Brother Coach and I decided to do the 3200s instead. Rest ended up being closer to three minutes than two, but things went well. Feet and ankles feel good. Wore huraches for the first two, felt pretty good. 5:50 pace wasn't too fast.
