Fairly decent week. Got a good 400 workout in, but it was a little fast, and a little hot out... Threshold workout was a breeze, and again, too fast. Wish my long run was a little longer but things didn't really work out like that. Mile TT went okay. Happy with another 4:52, but disappointed in how I ran it. Out too fast and just held on the last three laps.
