Weekly Plan 7/8-7/14

CHaD Phase II Week II

Week I felt pretty good. Week II should be the same. Keep miles where they are, get my quality workouts in. Try to stay healthy. Stretch more. CHaD Revised plan calls for 40@T, but I'm feeling like it's a little early for that. I have pretty good endurance, and so I'm going to switch it up and do an R workout instead.

Mileage Goal: 50

Sunday - Family 3
Monday - Long 11
Tuesday - Family 3+SSSB
Wednesday - 200/400/800/800/400/200/200/400/800@R ~7 or maybe 40@T
Thursday - Stroller 5+Family 3
Friday - 5x4/3 I-fartlek (1200/600) ~7.8
Saturday - Stroller 5
