Another good week. Brother Coach was out for two days so it was nice to have someone to do a workout with. Did part of my workouts on the track barefoot. Huraches will work for some track stuff, but not really sure they're any good past 5:20 pace. Will see after my next R workout. Right ankle is a bit stiff but much less than last week. Feeling good.
