Good week for the most part. Decided to do my long run in the R3s, which prove to be a bad idea as my ankle got all sore and buggered up again. Made a new pair of huraches that are a little thicker than the Lunas so hopefully that gives my left foot some protection on that bruise. Did my i-pace barefoot. Felt okay. 1200s were on pace, but it was fast. Small blood blister on my toe...
