Weekly Plan 7/29-8/4

CHaD Phase II Week V

Saturday afternoon we're driving out for Great Papa's 90th birthday. Doesn't mean much except that we'll have to go for our stroller run early on. Going to keep the mileage where it is. Maybe stabilize at 55, then in a couple weeks bump to 60+ then come back down. Gotta keep an eye on my ankle. Think it's the driving, but it might be other things. At it's worst it's easily bearable so...

Tuesday - Family 3 + LRDT 5.3
Wednesday - 3/2/1@T ~8.5
Thursday - Family 3 + Stroller 5
Friday - (4x200 10x400 4x200)@R ~9.5
Saturday - Stroller 5
