4x(800/1000)@I 7/20

Good workout. Was going to do 8/9x800s, then decided maybe I should do 1000s. Decided to do a mix of 800/1000s. Was supposed to be at 5:20 pace, they all ended up being quicker, except for one 800 that was a second slow. Heart rate dipped down after the start except for the last 1000 which was fast anyway. Did half the workout barefoot, the other half in huraches. Knot almost blew-out on my left hurache.
