Ankle was a bit sore after the drive to Boston and I definitely felt it on my long run. I'm also chalking up the ankle pain to the drive, and not the long run... Two decent Q workouts. The 800s were hard as always, but the threshold was pretty easy, too fast too. Overall feeling pretty good. Looking forward to getting some races in. Wore the huraches for the T-pace workout. Tightened them down pretty good and had no problems going for 40 minutes at 5:56 pace. Hoping to wear them for the CHaD.
