Good week. Stomachs feeling better. Ankle is a different story. Still twinges, but nothing more than a stride or two. More ice. I think it's when I twist it, but not really sure. Overall, feeling pretty good going into the CBHM. Don't like the high percentage of easy miles, but I guess I probably need it for ankle recovery...
