SPP 5/2

Got my long run in. Felt pretty good. My stomach felt bloated, but I think it loosened up some of the bloating and I feel better now. My ankle still kind of sucks. Felt fine this morning, but today it got sort of tender right away. From then on it only came in a little bit. It seems to hurt a bit more when the crown of the road puts the outside of my foot up higher. Probably need to do some PT. Going to stay of trails for a while. Hope that helps. Probably take a serious break after CBHM.
