30@T 5/23

Decent workout. Ended up doing 30:49@5:53 pace. A little faster than the adjusted threshold time, but still okay. First mile was really fast and I think that just kind of averaged the time down. After the first mile, I hit splits 1:29 pretty regularly.

Ankle wasn't bad. It feels bruised almost. Iced today. Will ice tomorrow.
