4x1600@T 6x200@R 2 Mile Accl. 5/18

Started the workout with a 1600 time trial. Wasn't sure if I could break 5:00 but was really hoping to. Went out in 68, 2:23, 3:37, 4:52. Almost quit at 400 because it was too fast but stuck it out. Pretty stoked about it. Took about a ten minute break and did an 800 in 4:17. Then did the rest of my workout. 200s were quick, though the acceleration run was junk. Too much too slow. Definitely won't be doing another in the future.
