Weekly Plan 5/27-6/2

CBHM Phase IV Week VI

Last week before the race on Sunday. Almost there. Going to drop mileage five miles or so. No Long run so to speak, but two shorter days. Second Q workout will be an easy day, just out and back to Harpoon, maybe out 44 instead.

Mileage Goal: 45

Sunday: Family 3
Monday: Family 3
Tuesday: Family 3 + Long 9
Wednesday: 4x1600@T 2 mins rest ~8.5
Thursday: Stroller 5 + Family 3
Friday: Easy 6
Saturday: Stroller 5
