Weekly Plan 5/6-5/12

CBHM Phase IV Week III

Last week at high miles - I think - before I start a taper of sorts. Little Guy's birthday is Tuesday. Going to try and get a longish run in on Monday - but it might have to end up being Wednesday night again. That wouldn't be awful if I could do a light workout on Monday.

Mileage Goal: 45

Sunday - Family 3
Monday - Easy 6.3+Family 3
Tuesday - Family 3
Wednesday - 40@T~6.68 +13.4
Thursday - Stroller 5
Friday - Fartlek 6x(2/1, 1/.5, .5/.5)~7.37
Saturday - Stroller 5
