15T/30E/15T 5/25

Another threshold/easy/threshold workout. First set was quick, easy was a bit faster than easy, and the second threshold was a tough. I remember last time I did a T/E/T workout the second threshold was tough. Not sure why, but...

Ankle was a bit twingey. Not as bad as it was before, but still not 100%. I feel like it's a not in my calf and it hinders my ankle. Not sure if that's real or not though...
