Good workout tonight. Nice all day, then it started raining, thunder and lightning. Lightning made me a little apprehensive with metal spikes in a big field... Did it anyway, felt good.
Wasn't sure if I was going to go at T-pace or a little faster just to gear up for the Half. I'm thinking that T-pace would be an ideal race pace, but wanted to got a little faster just for kicks. Through in a couple twos at the end just because. Calves are sore, but should be good with some stretching.
