Fairly decent week. First Q workout was pretty light and easy, then my stomach got wacky and caused me to be short of breath for my Q2 workout. Wasn't as fast as I'd have liked it to be. As far as injuries are concerned I think this was a good week. My ankle doesn't really hurt too much and I'm starting to take care of it so...
