I-Fartlek 5/9

Second run of the day. Wasn't feeling like going out earlier in the day, but felt decent after the family run, and decided to do my fartlek today instead of Friday. That way I could pull up early depending on how my ankle felt. Ended up doing it a bit faster than I wanted to do. Ideally I was going for 80/400, but went faster depending on the set. First 600 was 1:48...

All in all, my ankle felt pretty good. The fifth and sixth set felt a little rough. I was thinking of pulling up after the sixth six hundred, but didn't. The ankle was fine, it felt a little tight when I stopped, but only then. The cool down also felt fine, until I got on the sidewalk. Once on sidewalk and driveway my ankle felt a little rougher. Not really sure what the deal is...

Father-in-Law wants to do Adirondack Marathon September 23rd. Got some fixture congestion going on there, so have to figure it out...
