Weekly Plan 5/20-5/26

CBHM Phase IV Week V

Not going to taper. Just going to push through another 50 this week, taper next week. Going to take it easy when it comes to workouts. Two more weeks until this Half and I'm feeling pretty good. Just gotta keep on top of my stuff.

Mileage Goal: 45

Sunday: Family 3
Monday: Family 3
Tuesday: Family 3 + Long 11
Wednesday: 30@T ~8
Thursday: Stroller 5 + Family 3
Friday: 15T/30E/15T ~10
Saturday: Stroller 5
