40@T 5/11

Good workout today. Ankle felt pretty good. A couple times in the middle it felt funny for a stride but nothing continuous. Think I need to stretch my ITs and my calves.

Was supposed to hit 6:04 pace. Tried to knock out 1:31s but some ended up being quicker than that - actually most. None were slower which is good. Did an extra lap with cool-down and instead of quitting at 40:00 even, I finished the lap and so ended at 40:20.
