Long run for the week. Not much, just nine. Got a little more sleep than is normal last night - work. Don't think Brook Hill is going to get fixed anytime soon, so there's a short bit you have to walk, maybe a hundred meters, less than that. Some tough hills in the first half of the run make the time a bit slower, but its' mostly down hill from mile 6 on so...
