CBHM Phase IV Week IV

Not quite ready to taper yet. Try to get another 50 mile week in this week and down to 45 next. Gotta make sure my ankle doesn't blow out. Like to get a real long run in.

Thursday - Stroller 5
Friday - 4x1600@T 6x200@R 2 mile accl. run ~10
Saturday - Stroller 5.1
