6x1062@T 5/30

Went to the track to do 4x1600@T, ends up the kids were still there and I was too early so ended up doing a workout on the dirt track around Lake Runnemede. Wasn't so sure going into it, thought it might bugger up my ankle, but surprisingly it feels fine now. The dirt track is short - a little more than 1000 meters, so I ended up doing six - faster than threshold but two minutes rest. Don't think it was too much too close to the race.
