Weekly Plan 7/1-7/7

CHaD Phase II Week I

First week of Phase II. First real workouts in a while. Going out to the Folks so we'll see how it starts. Going to kick things off with at time trial. Bump up my mileage goal. Hope ankle keeps feeling okay with the Huraches.

Mileage Goal: 50

Sunday - Family 3
Monday - 1600TT + 8 =~10
Tuesday - Family 3 + 5
Wednesday - Family 3 + 12x400@R~8
Thursday - Stroller 5
Friday - 6x1600@T ~8
Saturday - Stroller
