Weekly Plan 6/24-6/30

Rest Week IV

Another easy week. Going to bump mileage up a bit so I can get back to 50 when I start training for CHaD. More easy stuff, a little longer long run, and some longer mileage at night. Nothing too much to note...

Mileage Goal: 45

Sunday - Family 3
Monday - Long 10.5
Tuesday - Family 3
Wednesday - Sate Penn
Thursday - Family 3 + Stroller 5
Friday - State Penn
Saturday - Stroller 5
