Barefoot Loops 6/8

Took the Little Guy out in the stroller for the first 1.5, and then he wanted to come home. Took him home and went back out. Ended up doing some barefoot loops around Lake Runnemede. Ankle felt fine, then put the crappy A.Bulls on and ankle was sore on the way home. Not sure if it was the barefoot, or the different foot movement. Next week think I might try to do a whole run barefoot and see how the ankle feels the day after if I wear the R3s.
