Weekly Plan 6/3-6/9

Rest Week I

CBHM to start the week off. Not really sure I want to stop running altogether. Don't think I will. Going to relax on the mileage for a week or two, and figure out the next race to train for. Was going to train for the Turkey Trot, but with chile number two due two weeks before, don't really think that's going to happen.

Mileage Goal: 40

Sunday - CBHM ~15
Monday - Family 3
Tuesday - Family 3
Wednesday - Easy 5 (J-hill)
Thursday - Stroller 5
Friday - Easy 6.5 (Harpoon)
Saturday - Stroller 5
