Decent week all things considered. Nice 4/3/2/1 workout. Felt pretty sore from that, but felt good by the time I did my 1200s. Cinder track wasn't too fun, but it was different. Knee feels okay. The long drives are really no fun, but I also didn't get to do much stretching so...
