3x1600/3x1000@I 4/6

Did an I-pace workout around the track. Was trying to hit 5:20-5:24 pace. Did it for the first one, and then slowed down after that. Right calf was a bit tight towards the end. The weather started our around 48ish, and by the end the sun went down and it got real cold. Four minutes recovery after 1600s, three minutes after 1000s.
