SSSB 4/10

Didn't do my Q1 workout today. Ended up working and wanted to do this workout on the track as opposed to Lake Runnemede so had to wait until after school. Figured I might as well do an easy run today and do the workout tomorrow night on the track. Pushed the pace a little bit to get home for dinner in time.  I ought to recheck the distance of this loop. I know today was fast, but it didn't feel 6:30ish fast...
