Family 3.15 4/20

Easy 3.15 down in Long Island. Figured it was easier to go for a family run today, and do my 1200s tomorrow morning on the track when the kids don't have school. Knee is feeling kind of sore, twitchy, weak today. Not sure if it was the 4/3/2/1 workout, or the drive down or what. Wish I knew what it was...
Easy stroller run today. Down to Long Island tomorrow for a funeral. Hopefully I can get my 1200s in in the morning, then an easy family run Saturday morning? Makes things a bit tricky...

Legs - mostly quads - still sore from the 4/3/2/1. Love that workout, but damn it's a killer. Nice and slow today.
