R/I/R Workout 4/11

Another mix/mash workout. Wasn't sure how it was going to go but think it went well. They were finishing a meet when I was running, but just the field events so I had the track to myself. My weekly plan had me finishing with a 200@R, but did a 400@R instead. Though my initial workout had me doing 2x400@R to start...
