Lake Runnemede 15-7-15 4/3

Did a longer workout today. Did my weekly dirt track barefoot workout. Pretty sure it was a variation of a longer marathon workout. It felt rough, but feel okay now so... Mile warm-up, 15 minutes@T, seven minutes easy, 15 minutes@T. Because 15 minutes would have put me at 2.5 miles and I'm not sure where that would have put me, I ended up just doing four laps which was 2.6 miles. First set of four was 15:13 - bit fast. The second set was 15:33. The seven minutes in-between weren't quite a mile.
