CBHM Phase III Week VI
High miles last week. Probably going to tone it down a bit this week - or at least try. Seven days a week again, which drives the mileage up, but same amount of quality days. Friday's workout is going to be tough. Might switch it with Tuesdays workout.
Mileage Goal: 45
Sunday - Family 3
Monday - Family 3? + Long ~11/12
Tuesday - 5x1200@I 3 minutes rest ~7.5
Wednesday - Easy 6
Thursday - Stroller 5
Friday - 4/3/2/1@T ~12
Saturday - Stroller 5
