SSSB 4/23

Was going to go for a long run today as per my weekly plan, but got guilted into not going for a long run after work. Didn't even get three dinky family miles in to add on. If I crunched the numbers right, I should still be able to hit my mileage goal, though it might not be over 50. Knee feels kind of funky. I stretched it this morning, and it felt good, but felt a little strange after my run. Didn't stretch it as much as I wanted to afterwards. Really need to work on stretching it multiple times during the day.
