20T/20E/20T 4/24

Second workout of the day. Kind of blended into the morning workout pretty well. Ankle is a little sore on the outside. Knee feels okay. Weather was wonky. Sunny and nice, then super blustery and rain. Did the first 20@T barefoot, then it started to hail so I put my shoes back on. Second 20@T was slow. Not sure if I was tired, the wind was blowing harder - it was - or if it was the shoes, but it was slower, and I felt slower. I just couldn't keep running on hail.
