CBHM Phase III Week V
Okay week last week. Interval pace stuff is tough. This week is going to be a little trickier due to the Easter Holiday. Switch Sunday and Monday around. Going to try and do all seven days again, though I need to be careful with my form running with the stroller. Think it's being not so nice to my knee. As weeks progress and I get a feel for my combination workouts, I'm going to make some slight changes. Either I thought I was stronger than I am, or I just wasn't thinking right... Slight mileage increase.

Sunday - Family 3
Monday - Long 11
Tuesday - 400@R 2x1600@I 2x1200@I 200@R ~7
Wednesday - Easy 6.5
Thursday - Stroller 5
Friday - 7x1600@T ~9
Saturday - Stroller 5
