4x200 3x400 2x800 and Back Down@R 8/1

Ladder workout of sorts. Felt pretty good, but the 800s were killer. Not sure why, but I find them really hard. I can hit the 400s without a problem, but 800s are tough. Gotta work on my speed a bit I guess... Muscles a bit sore in my legs.
