Makeshift T-pace 8/22

Originally had 4800/3200/4800, but knew I couldn't do that. So I was going to try a 3200/1600/3200. Got done with the 3200 and wasn't sure I could handle it. I might have been able to, but my left calf felt a little knotty after the first 3200, so I decided to take it easy. Jogged two miles on the track, then did a 1600@T and felt fine. Easy jog home.

Not the best workout, but definitely almost ready to go full bore. Not sure how this weeks second Q workout is going to go, but...
