LRDT 8/21

Just some more easy stuff to try and fix the calf. Few laps around Lake Runnemeade. Feels okay. Really trying to lift the legs and push with the calves less. Hope I'm not totally misunderstanding stuff. Might do a track workout tomorrow, but not 100% sure yet. Still need to make a weekly plan.

Think I rubbed my right calf too hard, and now it just hurts. Bummer.
