Recovery Run 3.55 8/15

Another easy run. Felt better. Calf is still knotted up. Pretty sure that's all it is. Gotta keep massaging and rolling it out. Did a lap at 1:33. Felt rather tight. Otherwise pace was relatively slow, not really sure why it's so slow. Guess my bodies natural way of protecting itself?
