Recovery Mile 8/11

Pretty bummed. My calf has been feeling better, but is definitely not 100%. Tried to go out with the family yesterday but no luck. Went today and was kind of sore after a mile. Didn't want to push it. Probably could have gone further, but... Really slow too.

I can go up and down stairs without any real problems. Flexibility seems like it's probably about 75-80%. The real problem is when I try to push off my toes. Feels like a massive cramp.
