Recovery 2.85 8/13

Recovery run. Still not 100%. Feels pretty good, just a little tender when running. Need to keep on the massaging and rubbing down. Stretching. Slower than I thought, but part of that was probably all the stopping for mushrooms and the trails. Easy three tomorrow, and then a night on the roads the day after. Should do okay.
