Weekly Plan 8/12-8/18

CHaD Phase III Week I

Going to have to go ahead with Phase III Week I, but not as scheduled. Going to take things super easy. Don't want to bugger up my calf anymore than it is. Going to try to work my calf easy. Do some stretching, icing, compressing, rolling. No real mileage goal.

Sunday - Family 3.0
Monday - Easy 1.0/Off
Tuesday - Family 3.0
Wednesday - Easy 1.0/Off
Thursday - Family 3.0/Off
Friday - Easy 1.0/Off
Saturday - Easy 1.0/Off
