4x200@R 3x1000@I 2x400@R 8/25

First real workout in two weeks. Felt pretty good. Calves didn't bother me at all. Though the workout felt kind of easy. Didn't want to push it too much first day back back. I think next season this workout could use some revamping. Definitely too easy. Toss another two 1000s on and I might have something, but 3x1000 isn't anything.

Really pleased with how I handled this injury. Hopefully it stays away.
