So last weeks little knot turned into a real problem. Felt fine in the family run, then got all buggered up on my long run. Had to stop early and walk home... Ended up taking most of the week off. Finally able to get out on Saturday and do a really slow mile. Really sucks. Not happy at all, and am getting a little worried at how awful it felt after taking four days off.
