3/2/1@T 8/3

Nice 3/2/1 workout. Lots easier than I remember my last 4/3/2/1 workout to be. I was trying to hit 5:50, but ended up being quick on almost all of them. Legs and ankle feel good. Little cramp in my left calf at the end, but really insignificant. Did the two miles the opposite direction.
